It’s been long time since I wrote my last personal blog here. After having been busy with my thesis and graduation, now I’m here to present all of you one of the most famous Italian pasta dishes worldwide, Spaghetti Carbonara.
Pasta Carbonara is a very simple but yummy and creamy pasta dish made of egg and bacon and it’s very well-known anywhere in the world, even in my hometown, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Today I tasted it at a lovely restaurant at Milan, Italy near Porta Venezia Subway stop. The restaurant’s called Maruzzella. They offer pizza varieties, pasta dishes, steaks, etc. The place is full of people and customers mention that it’s normal there’s long line of queue at dinner.
