Indonesian Fried Rice

Fried rice could be one of the most famous dishes worldwide. Every country has its own variation in cooking their fried rice.

The most well-known fried rice recipes might come from China and Indonesia. However, no matter both recipes taste great, there’s one big difference in the ingredients that will tell us what fried rice it is.

For example from the photo above is a variation of Indonesian Fried Rice. What makes it Indonesian? Simple.

Indonesian fried rice uses sweet soy sauce as its first important ingredient. Without this soy sauce, it will not be an Indonesian Fried Rice.

In this recipes, I use chicken, mushrooms (optional), tomatoes, Carrot, and egg.

And to make it more complete, shrimp crisps are just perfect crunchy and crispy additional bite to our tongue.
